1. Fare categories
Air Mekong has provided 2 kinds of services: Deluxe and Economy. Combined with each category of services is different fare conditions:

- From 4 to 5 days, time limit tobe held is 24 hours
- From 2 to 3 days, time limit to be held is 06 hours
- Within 1 day, time limit to be held is 60 minutes or at least 2 hours before schedule time departure

- From more than 04 days, time limit to be held is 24 hours.
- From 2 to 3 days, time limit to be held is 02 hours and at least 24 hours before schedule time departure

- At any specific of time, flight with special request, Air Mekong might require time limit to be held is 03 hours for booking hold 01 day earlier prior to schedule time departure.
- Within 01 day, time limit to be held is 30 minutes and at least 02 hours before schedule time departure

3. Building&combination fares
o Allow to be combined frequent individual travel(FIT)fares.
o In case,combination with different condition fares,apply strictly condition.
4. Advertisement&Sales
o Advertise & Sell: Apply for ticketing offices & agents of Air Mekong
o Effective:Ticket to be confirmed from 01/03/2011 to 31/12/2012
o Currency: VND
5. Blackout dates
Not apply for fares categories (it means apply for calendar year(1/1-31/12/2012).
6. Travel restrictions: not applicable.

- When upgrading,(besides upgrade fee)passenger has to pay the different between higher catergory and the paid category.
- (*) Journey change:Just allow to be changed to the same or higher categories to paid category.To be changed to lower category,passenger to be required to cancel paid joyrney then to be confirmed to new journey.
- Not refund changes / name/ ticketing service fees in any cases.
- If ticket has been used 01 way, refund will be count base on the remained value ticket, not included any tax&fees. Remained valued will be count as paid fares to be deducted same fares as used journey.
- In case connected flights, if passenger's ticket has direct fare (starting, finish throught transit points) used ticket would not be refund the remained journey's fares to direct fares. Example: flight Ha Noi - Phu Quoc transit at Ho Chi Minh city, passenger has fly Ha Noi - Ho Chi Minh city;would not refund Ho Chi Minh city - Phu Quoc.
- In case,passenger would be changed many flights, apply highest fees of changed flights.
- After upgrading, apply new fare conditions to upgraded flights.
Notes: Tickets to be confirmed before 10/12/2011 would be applied fare conditions before 10/12/2011 for the first change. Passenger should contact regional ticketing office or Call center to be supported as these changes occurred as well as the other cases.
II. TAX & OTHER FEES
1. Taxes&required fess
· Domestic fee: as government's regulation.
· Valued Added Tax(VAT) for all fare leves is 10%.
· Fees above is already included VAT(if any)
2. Discount for the elder,chidren&infant
· Children's fare (02-12 years old) is 75% adult's fare.
· Fare&fee for seated infant is 75% adult's fare
· Fare&fee for infant under 02 years old, non seat is 10% accompanied adult's fare&fees.
· Discount 15% for the elder over 60 years old based on BL or B's fare categories.
3. Ticketing fee&Commision
· Agents has been allowed to charge ticketing fee as deal with passenger & follow agreement with Air Mekong.
· Agents has been get sales comission as agent contract between Air Mekong and agents.
III. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Other cases would be applied as terms&conditions of agents' contract or Air Mekong's notices
· Passenger buy tickets at last minute counters as Deluxe(A/D/P/I/J) & Super flex (BL/B/WT) as current system.
· In special cases,last minute counter would be get the approval from Commercial Board or Air Mekong would be have instructions at specific of time.
